You can return an item to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with it, providing it is unworn and in the original condition as received by you with all tags attached. Include your contact details and reason for return. Return postage is at your own expense. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

We are afraid that we do not operate a free exchange policy so if you would prefer an item in a different style or size the most efficient way to do this is to place a new order for the item you would prefer and then send back the unwanted item for a refund.
If an item is faulty then get in touch as soon as possible; for items with defects we will cover all costs for replacement.
