Standard
For standard delivery we will send most parcels to UK addresses with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, 3-5 working days from dispatch, £3.95
Express
For express delivery we will send parcels with Parcelforce Express 24 service to UK mainland addresses, delivery next working day, £7.95.
Orders need to be placed before 1pm for delivery next working day. Any orders placed after this time may be dispatched the following day.
Express deliveries placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
For Northern Ireland, islands and Scottish highlands & islands (see postcodes below) your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and this may take up to two working days.
Please note we define 'working days' to be Monday - Friday inclusive.

Outside the UK
If you would like to check if we are able to deliver to your country, please set the correct country in your delivery settings. You will be able to view your delivery options and shipping costs on checkout.
We ship all International Delivery by Post with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service.
Express shipping to USA, Canada, and Australia are shipped with UPS and EU countries are shipped with Parcelforce Euro Economy.
Deliveries to EU countries
We are pleased to resume deliveries to our customers in the EU.
For orders €150 and under, the total amount shown on checkout includes all duties and fees. There should not be further charges to pay.
If you do receive a charge from customs, please contact us.
You may have to pay customs duties for goods above €150 and excise duty.
Please note your delivery may take a bit longer than usual due to customs procedures beyond our control.
In case you are not in, please note that you are responsible for arranging all re-deliveries and collections of the parcel.

You can return an item to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with it, providing it is unworn and in the original condition as received by you. Include your contact details and reason for return. Return postage is at your own expense. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. We will not cover returns postage if sent to us via Special Delivery.
As per company policy we must receive items back at our office before processing a refund. When items have been returned they will be processed as soon as possible, this can take up to 14 working days.
If returning goods from outside the UK, please make sure to declare the goods as Returned Goods in order to avoid customs charges. Failure to do so may result in the charges being deducted from your refund total.

We are afraid that we do not operate a free exchange policy so if you would prefer an item in a different style or size the most efficient way to do this is to place a new order for the item you would prefer and then send back the unwanted item for a refund.
If an item is damaged or faulty please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We will only accept returns for products purchased on this website. We cannot accept any products purchased through other distribution channels or shops. If the item is purchased elsewhere, please contact them directly.
Buyers must return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns outside of our 30 day policy.
