Stress-Free Christmas Returns – Extended Returns to 15th January 2024.
Any orders placed from the 13th November and throughout December can be returned up till 15th January.
Please note returns must be in brand new condition, with tags and unworn to be applicable for a refund.
You can return an item to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with it, providing it is unworn and in the original condition as received by you. Include your contact details and reason for return. Return postage is at your own expense. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. We will not cover returns postage if sent to us via Special Delivery.
As per company policy we must receive items back at our office before processing a refund. When items have been returned they will be processed as soon as possible, this can take up to 14 working days.
If returning goods from outside the UK, please make sure to declare the goods as Returned Goods in order to avoid customs charges. Failure to do so may result in the charges being deducted from your refund total.

We are afraid that we do not operate a free exchange policy so if you would prefer an item in a different style or size the most efficient way to do this is to place a new order for the item you would prefer and then send back the unwanted item for a refund.
If an item is damaged or faulty please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We will only accept returns for products purchased on this website. We cannot accept any products purchased through other distribution channels or shops. If the item is purchased elsewhere, please contact them directly.
Buyers must return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns outside of our 30 day policy.
