For standard delivery we will send most parcels to UK addresses with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, 3-5 working days from dispatch, £3.95
For upgraded standard delivery we will send your parcel with Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, 1-2 working days from dispatch, £5.95
Orders need to be placed before 1pm for delivery next working day. Any orders placed after this time may be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday may be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Express
For express delivery we will send parcels with Parcelforce Express 24 service to UK mainland addresses, delivery next working day, £7.95.
Orders need to be placed before 1pm for delivery next working day. Any orders placed after this time may be dispatched the following day.
Express deliveries placed after 1pm on Friday may be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
For Northern Ireland, islands and Scottish highlands & islands (see postcodes below) your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and this may take up to two working days.
Please note we define 'working days' to be Monday - Friday inclusive.

If you would like to check if we are able to deliver to your country, please set the correct country in your delivery settings. You will be able to view your delivery options and shipping costs on checkout.
We ship all International Delivery by Post with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service.
Express shipping to USA, Canada, and Australia are shipped with UPS and EU countries are shipped with Parcelforce Euro Economy.
28 Nov 2024 Update For Canadian customers - due to the current Canada Post strike, Royal Mail has temporarily suspended all services until further notice. Courier option is still available on checkout and we will send your goods via UPS.
Deliveries to EU countries
Please note that the total price on your checkout does not include your VAT and duty costs. You may receive an email reminding you to pay these fees once it reaches your country's customs department.
Failure to respond will result in the parcel being sent back to us, and we will refund you for the full cost of the items not including the initial delivery fee.
The above statement is temporary and we are currently working on obtaining our IOSS number to avoid you having to pay additional charges in future orders.
You will have to pay customs duties for goods above €150 and excise duty.
Please note your delivery may take a bit longer than usual due to customs procedures beyond our control.
